What stays on your device

Your language, window layouts, named workspaces and measurement preference are stored in your browser's local storage. They remain until you remove them or clear the site's storage. Per-tab measurement markers use session storage. Saved workspaces are not uploaded as cloud backups.

Usage counts

We collect daily totals of tab visits, country selections and globe interactions to understand whether the service is being used. The aggregate table retains these counts for 30 days and does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, raw user agents or the selected country. These totals are not unique-person counts. The browser sends each event type at most once per tab session. In the dashboard's Info panel, Usage measurement lets you opt out; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable these events. This choice does not disable necessary security processing.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and abuse protection. Delivering a page necessarily processes connection information such as your IP address, request URL and browser headers. Cloudflare may process security events and infrastructure logs separately from our aggregate usage counts. Their retention is governed by the relevant Cloudflare service settings and policies, not the 30-day usage-counter rule.

If requests trigger an access check, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to verify the browser. A successful check sets an essential secure access cookie for 30 minutes. It does not create an account or remove request limits. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing information.

External services and links

The dashboard loads fonts from Google Fonts, so font requests disclose connection information to Google. Economic data is collected by Earthboard and served from cached snapshots; opening a country does not send your request to the original data provider. Following an external source link takes you to that provider's site, which has its own privacy practices.

Advertising

Earthboard is preparing an application to Google AdSense. Advertising is not currently enabled, and the ownership-verification meta tag and ads.txt file do not load advertising scripts or set advertising cookies.

If Google ads are enabled later, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads. Preferences are available in Google My Ad Center; other participating vendors offer choices at AboutAds. See how Google uses information from partner sites. We will update this notice and implement the applicable consent controls before enabling ads.

Contact and requests

For corrections, service questions or privacy requests, contact contact@earthboard.app. Email is forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator's mailbox. We receive your address and the message you choose to send, use them to handle the request and retain correspondence while needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. You may request deletion of your correspondence. Aggregate counters do not contain an identifier that allows us to locate an individual visit. Browser-local workspaces can be removed through the workspace manager or your browser's site-data controls.

2026년 10월 7일 기준입니다. Earthboard는 개인이 운영하는 공개 데이터 탐색 서비스이며, 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보

언어, 창 배치, 저장한 작업공간, 이용 집계 설정은 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 작업공간은 서버에 백업되지 않으며 직접 삭제하거나 사이트 데이터를 지울 때까지 남습니다. 탭 단위 집계 여부는 세션 저장소를 사용합니다.

이용 집계와 보안

서비스 이용 여부를 파악하기 위해 탭 방문, 국가 선택, 지구 조작의 일별 합계를 30일간 보관합니다. 집계 테이블에는 IP, 방문자 식별자, 원문 사용자 에이전트, 선택한 국가를 저장하지 않습니다. 실제 사람 수를 나타내는 통계가 아닙니다. 이벤트 종류별로 탭 세션당 최대 한 번 전송하며, 정보 패널의 이용 집계 설정 또는 브라우저 DNT·GPC 신호로 중단할 수 있습니다.

Cloudflare가 호스팅과 보안을 제공하며 연결 과정에서 IP, 요청 URL, 브라우저 헤더 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 보안·인프라 로그는 이용 집계와 별개이며, Cloudflare 서비스 설정과 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. 과다 요청 검증에 Turnstile을 사용하고, 성공하면 30분짜리 보안 접근 쿠키를 발급합니다. 이용 집계 중단은 필수 보안 처리를 중단하지 않습니다.

외부 서비스와 광고

대시보드는 Google Fonts를 불러오며 이 과정에서 Google에 연결 정보가 전달됩니다. 경제 자료는 서버가 수집한 저장본으로 제공하며, 국가 창을 여는 것만으로 원본 제공기관에 직접 요청하지 않습니다. 외부 출처 링크를 방문하면 해당 사이트의 정책이 적용됩니다.

현재 Google AdSense 신청을 준비 중이며 광고는 활성화하지 않았습니다. 소유권 메타 태그와 ads.txt는 광고 스크립트나 광고 쿠키를 실행하지 않습니다. 향후 광고를 활성화하면 Google과 제3자 광고 제공업체가 이 사이트 및 다른 사이트의 이전 방문을 바탕으로 쿠키를 사용해 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. Google 광고 설정과 제3자 선택 경로는 위 영문 안내에 연결되어 있습니다. 광고 활성화 전에 안내를 갱신하고 적용되는 동의 절차를 마련합니다.

문의와 삭제 요청

오류 수정, 운영 문의, 개인정보 관련 요청은 contact@earthboard.app으로 접수합니다. 이메일은 Cloudflare를 통해 운영자 메일함으로 전달됩니다. 회신 주소와 메시지는 문의 처리에 사용하며 처리 목적 또는 관련 의무에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 문의 내역 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 집계 자료에는 개별 방문을 찾을 식별자가 없습니다. 기기에 저장한 작업공간은 작업공간 관리 또는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
